A long-awaited groundbreaking ceremony was held at the U.S. National Arboretum on October 28th.
High level officials of the Chinese and US governments, representatives of the National Arboretum, the National China Garden Foundation and community representatives from the U.S. and China - more than 200 people witnessed an important, historical moment - the National China Garden foundation stone laying ceremony.
